A1 has been a family business since Richard established it in 1995. Since then we have the pleasure of working on a great number of historical homes in Portland. We are proud to be making a contribution to the preservation and upkeep of Oregon’s historical beauty and architectural legacy.

On a personal level, Richard’s vision in building the business has been to do the work he enjoys while serving the community, and balancing it all with quality time with his family.
